A collaborative session between AKIAB and the Azerbaijan Franchising Association was convened.. At the meeting, a memorandum was signed between the Franchising Association and AKIAB. One of the main reasons for signing the memorandum was the creation of new opportunities for businessmen.
The main goal of AFA, created in 2022, is to provide support in ensuring access of Azerbaijani brands abroad, direct participation in providing investment support to local brands, as well as activities towards organizing the management work of brands in foreign countries.
Another area of activity of the association is direct participation in the process of attracting foreign brands to the country and organizing their activities, as well as the creation of a management system for foreign brands in Azerbaijan.
In addition, during the meeting, our participants discussed the topic “Franchising as an alternative business development model” and exchanged relevant information between partners.
